If for any reason you're dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it and we'll refund you the purchase price of the item(s). Return shipping charges and restocking fees may apply.
1. What is your return and exchange policy?
If you're not satisfied with your order, return it within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price, minus any fees. To setup your return, email info@RooRack.com. Please include your order number and indicate what item(s) you wish to return and why.
We can provide you with a return shipping label for a flat-rate price (to be deducted from your refund), or you can return the item at your cost.
Once we receive your item(s) and confirm they meet the Conditions for Return, we'll credit your return to your original payment method.
Shipping costs paid by you are non-refundable.
Conditions for Return:
Products must be in original, unused, and unassembled condition, and in original packaging complete with tags, instructions, and inserts.
We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized (color, finish, dimensions, upholstery, etc.).

3. Do you charge a restocking fee?
– On standard size items such as accessories we do not charge restocking fees.
– Oversize items such as the Roo Rack Single, Double, and Bike are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
4. When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped as soon as possible in accordance with the item's availability. Some products take longer to process for shipping than others and can take up to ten (10) business days to ship.
If you order multiple items, the availability of each of those items may vary, and your items may be processed and shipped separately, and consequently may arrive at different times.
5. When will my order arrive?
Your order's arrival date depends on when the item ships ("item availability").
In calculating estimated order arrival, consider only business days (Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not shipping days). We unfortunately cannot guarantee our carriers' performance against unexpected delays, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic and busy holiday shipping season.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Presently, we do not ship internationally nor do we ship to Hawaii or Alaska.
